Land development encompasses the planning, design, and construction of infrastructure and facilities for residential, commercial, industrial, institutional, and recreational projects. Land development engineers must have strong knowledge about comprehensive plans, zoning, and conceptual design, as well as an engineering background in water resources, transportation, environmental, geotechnical, surveying and project/construction management.
LDDI wishes to thank the CEE 4274 mentors from the spring 2009 semester. This marks the sixth semester that student groups were paired with professional engineers for their semester-long design project.
